Requirements, plainly
- Quality work — every job done right, to a documented standard
- Communication — respond promptly, show up when scheduled, flag problems early
- Photo documentation — before/after photos on every job, submitted with the job record
- Verified to onboard — insurance and qualifications are confirmed during the approval process before work is assigned
- Professional conduct — you represent Kinetic in the customer's home
